I apologize, but there had been an ongoing problem with our 'Contact Us' page which prevented us from receiving messages sent via that page. I have finally fixed the problem. If you sent a message to Pat Mehrtens through the 'Contact Us' page in the past year or so, it got lost in the ether and never made it to her. Sorry about that. Unfortunately we can't retrieve any messages that were sent; they simply disappeared. It works now, though! Feel free to try it out and say hi to Pat. Thank you very much for understanding.
